The Coast Hotel in Coffs Harbour has been listed as the fourth most violent venue in the state.
Figures by Liquor and Gaming New South Wales show 17 violent incidents occurred at the Hotel over the past 12 months, the most of any licensed venue outside of Sydney and Newcastle.
