A burst water main has left a North Gosford road awash.
Gallons of water gushed down the steep slope of Georgiana Terrace around midday, flooding nearby Henry Parry Drive.
Large cracks appeared in the road and some residents were concerned part of the street would slide away.
Gosford Council has spent the afternoon trying to fix the problem.
