READY FOR A LEARNING ADVENTURE

A third year teaching student from the Central Coast is about to embark on the trip of a lifetime.
Nicole Voss is jetting off to Africa, to help underprivileged children receive an education.
Why is this news. This is a trip that many young people make and sure it may be a little bit of a feel good article in the local paper but should it really be in the first five minutes of the evening news? There are more important things happening in our world that we need to know.
Your standards are dropping NBN. I will be switching stations.
How exciting for Nicole, she is an inspiration to us all.
I pity Mr Lord’s comment about this story being appropriate for news… there should be more of it I say, news shouldn’t be all doom and gloom.
Mr Lord is obviously jealous he never had this opportunity when he was young. If he is switching just because of this story he has issues… keep you the good work NBN!
I hope Miss Voss has an amazing time on her adventure. I hope to watch a follow up story upon her arrival!
Oh Wah wah Mr Lord, don’t complain about other people doing things you’ve obviously never taken the opportunity to do. This is an amazing opportunity and knowing Nic personally, these kids are going to get a really awesome educational experience! Go Nic!
Plain and simple: world needs more people like this girl.
Great article about you Nicole and I agree it is very newsworthy! Volunteering abroad is a massive step to take and you are to be commended for your decision. We’re sure you’ll do some great things while also learning a lot about yourself. Work hard and enjoy it!
