Port City Breakers player Owen Blair has been selected in the New South Wales Country under-23 side.
The Kempsey born-product will head to Ipswich next Tuesday to face-off against the Australian Defence Force.
The team then travels to Port Moresby to play the Papua New Guinea Digicell Cup representative side on October 14.
The fullback says he’s happy to be a part of the team but will take some time adjusting to the new wing position.
