The coroner presiding over an inquest into the death of a patient at Lismore Base Hospital last year, has criticised the Northern New South Wales Health District for not making any changes to its triaging procedures.
Glenn Rubbo suffered a stroke after waiting more than six hours to be seen by a doctor at the hospital’s emergency department.
