A 40-year-old woman has perished in a house fire just south of Woodburn on the New South Wales north coast.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on Nortons Road just before midnight, finding the weatherboard home fully alight.
After extinguishing the flames, emergency services discovered the woman’s body inside the home.
Police aren’t treating the incident as suspicious.
