More than 1,000 junior athletes from across the region are set to compete in this weekend’s Mid North Coast Zone Athletics Championships at Taree.
Athletes will contest the full range of track and field events, with each vying to qualify for the Regional Championships.
They’ll take place in Lismore in early February.
Competition starts on Saturday morning at the Taree Rec Grounds.
