Emergency services are working to free three people trapped, following a head-on car crash west of Taree.
The cars collided along the Bucketts Way near the Bucketts Way Landfill site just before three o’clock this afternoon.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has been called.
The Bucketts Way is closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
