A report will be prepared for the coroner after a Murwillumbah man died in a five car crash at Maclean yesterday.
Just before 10am, a Toyota Kluger crossed onto the wrong side of the Pacific Highway, colliding with two cars and causing a pileup.
A 48 year old man suffered serious injuries and was flown to Lismore Hospital but died about midday.
The 18-year-old driver of the Kluger was taken to Maclean Police Station but was later released.
