A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder over the death of a man outside a Kyogle Pub last month.
It’s alleged Shaun Robert Hyde punched 35-year-old Darryl Close, who fell and hit his head on a pavement.
He later died in Gold Coast Hospital.
Mr. Hyde’s bail was continued at Lismore Local Court today, however it may be reviewed when the case is next heard on January 17.
