NURSES AND MIDWIVES TAKE A STANCE AGAINST MANAGEMENT BY CLOSING BEDS FROM TODAY

From today, the Lismore Base Nurses and Midwives will not admit non-maternity patients into the women’s care unit.

It comes after 182 staff hours were cut from the ward.
