A group of vision impaired people today got the chance to experience the sensations of sailing an offshore racing yacht.
With the help of volunteers from Sailors with Disabilities, it was all-aboard for a couple of hours.
The yacht has been visiting north coast ports, taking more than 800 people with disabilities out for a taste of sailing.
The boat is based at the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club for the next few days, operating booked harbour cruises.
