BICENTENNIAL POND MAKEOVER IN NEXT STAGE

The $200,000 transformation of two ponds in Bicentennial Park is now well into its next stage.

Today, work to re-line the monuments, after a water audit revealed the ponds had been leaking, got underway.

It’s the first major work to be done on the ponds since they were built in the late 1980’s and early 90’s.

The project, funded by Tamworth Regional Council, is scheduled to be completed in the next six weeks.
