Police officers who have died in the line of duty were today honoured at a number of remembrance services held across the mid north coast.
At Coffs Harbour, police officers were joined by emergency service personnel and community members at a service at St Augustines Catholic Church.
Police Remembrance Day is a chance for both officers and the community to honour those who whose lives were cut short while protecting the community.
