Two men have been refused bail after being charged with firearm offences.
The 23-year-old Gold Coaster was allegedly caught trying to sell a sawn off shotgun and ammunition to a 20-year-old man in Byron Bay on Tuesday night.
Yesterday, officers searched a unit on the Gold Coast and at a home in Goonellbah, allegedly uncovering a quantity of drugs and suspected stolen property.
