Health, lifestyle and well being were the focus of the sixth annual Dis-ability Expo staged in Coffs Harbour today.
More than 60 stalls provided information on a range of services available locally to help those with a disability as well as their carers.
“We all need to be a healthy, well community and this resource is important, people are going to get information, knowledge is an extremely wonderful tool, people need to learn how to get around the community better and how they can do that.”
The expo was a combined initiative of federal, state and local governments.
