Titans forward David Taylor has been suspended for two weeks for breaching team rules.
Coach John Cartwright refused to elaborate on the ban but there were suggestions Taylor’s attitude had contributed to the decision.
“Yeah extremely dissapointing his let the club and his team mates down but as I say it wasn’t our decision it was Dave’s decision. Every game is critical an you want your best team you lose players every week with injuries so to have someone of his calibre sitting on the sideline for something in his control is the most disappointing thing.”
In another surprise, halfback Albert Kelly who injured his knee last weekend has been named in the 17-man squad to play the Parramatta Eels at Skilled Park on Sunday.
