Teams of dragon boaters from Grafton to Forster are getting ready to paddle their way along the Camden Haven River at Laurieton this weekend.
Fourteen teams have signed up for the third annual Camden Haven Regatta on Sunday.
Last year it was the Port Macquarie and Camden Haven teams sharing the spoils of victory.
And this year there’ll be a special event known as the “Celebration of Life” which will see participants paddle for cancer survivors.
Racing gets underway at 8-o’clock on the river behind the Laurieton United Services Club.
