With all short and long board events now completed, body boarders are having their turn at the Australian Surf Festival on the Coffs Coast.
The opening rounds of the national body board titles getting underway today at Sawtell, with more than 100 contestants from all states competing.
Stand-out performers today were Noah Symmans from Western Australia and Toukley’s Lucas Mahoney and Port Macquarie’s Shayden Shrader.
Depending on conditions, the finals are likely to be held at Gallows Beach on Monday.
