There’s been another delay in the case of the man accused of bashing surfing star, Stephanie Gilmore.
She was allegedly attacked with an iron bar outside her Tweed Heads apartment last December, suffering cuts and a fractured wrist.
A psychological assessment on the 26-year-old accused, Julius Fox, was ordered in August… however Lismore Local Court today heard his recent relocation and the availability of doctors has caused delays.
The assessment should be complete later this month, and the case is due back in court in December.
