
The state’s peak farming body is calling for a re-think of land tax laws.
It says its legislation isn’t keeping up with members, looking to find a way to balance tough climate conditions… with production.
Revenue New South Wales tonight telling NBN News it ”has not reinterpreted the primary production land tax exemption” and that ”rural land is exempt from land tax if the dominant use of the land is for a primary production purpose.”
