**A mini tornado has ripped through the small town of Red Rock.
The wild storm hit this morning tearing the roof off the town’s bowling club and damaging several houses..
And low-lying areas in the Macleay, Hastings and Manning valleys are becoming cut off as water levels continue to rise.
The weather bureau is predicting several local rivers will reach moderate flood levels later today.
Meanwhile, rough seas are battering the coast along the Manning Valley, damaging the already severely eroded coastline at Old Bar.
**Great Lakes ratepayers will pay an eight percent increase for the next three years.
The special rate variation was approved by IPART on Friday, however it is well below the 20-percent council wanted.
