Virgin Australia today announced it will be launching additional flights between Sydney and the country music capital.
From October 28, the airline will run 12 weekly return services.
It follows QantasLink changing its flight schedule earlier this year, initially cutting back early morning and evening flights, before bowing to customer pressure and reinstating them at the cost of a midday service.
