Police have been unable to find two men who robbed an East Maitland takeaway shop this morning.
The men threatened staff at the Henny Penny outlet on the New England Highway with knives just after 11am
They escaped with a sum of cash and were last seen in the car park of the East Maitland Bowling Club.
They’re described as being Caucasian in appearance, one was wearing a white T-shirt and light blue jeans and the other grey shorts and a black hoodie.
