Woolgoogla’s Jonny Craig has done his hometown proud, taking out the Open division in the North Coast Regional Surf Titles.
The event was held at Mullaway Beach on the weekend, and attracted 80 of the best surfers from Crescent Head to Yamba.
Michael Featherstone from Woolgoolga Boardriders Club says competition was also boosted by the magnificent surf and stunning weather.
The winners of each division will now progress to the state titles.
