The jury in the trial of Jamie Francis Sager – who’s accused of bulldozing a house at Teralba last year – has been discharged.
The trial only began in Newcastle District Court yesterday.
Sager is charged with malicious damage with the intent to endanger life, over the incident in June 2015.
A new trial date is expected to be determined on Thursday.
