A 54-year-old man has been charged over an horrific crash that killed his 10-year-old son near Tamworth in February.
Nicholas Dennis died after the vehicle his father was driving allegedly crossed to the wrong side of the road.
It collided with a Subaru Forrester carrying two passengers aged in their 70s.
The Tamworth man’s been charged with multiple offences, including dangerous driving occasioning death and driving at a dangerous speed.
He’ll appear before Tamworth Local Court on August 6.
