Jai Stephenson has taken out the V8 Dirt Modified Richmond Rumble in a night of rough and tumble action at the Lismore Speedway at the weekend.
Kevin Britten set the pace early and looked the likely winner until his car clipped Stephenson’s and ended up in the fence.
That allowed Stephenson to take the lead, which he maintained for the rest of the race.
Current New South Wales titleholder Matt Pascoe filled the runner-up spot, while David Clark came from the deep to finish third.
