Former NRL bad boy Paul Carter is back in the spotlight, accused of abusing a referee in the Newcastle Rugby League competition.
Carter was playing for Cessnock at the time, the incident has been referred straight to the judiciary.
He’s due to face a hearing tomorrow night.
