A 25-year-old Niagara Park man has faced Gosford Local Court after allegedly assaulting a teenage girl in Lisarow last night.
Police say the 15-year-old girl was using a walking track near Ashburn Close at around 8.30pm, when she was grabbed by the man and assaulted.
The alleged offender is facing charges of aggravated indecent assault, assault with intent to commit serious indictable offence and detaining a person with intent to obtain advantage.
He was refused bail and will reappear before the court on May 13.
