MAN ALLEGEDLY STABS NEIGHBOUR

A 68-year-old man has been granted conditional bail after allegedly stabbing a neighbour in Lismore Heights yesterday afternoon.
Police were called to the High Street address at about 2.30 after they claim a dispute turned violent.
“unfortunately a 41 year old male was stabbed in the thigh by another person.”
The victim also received lacerations to his forearm and chest but has since been released from hospital.
The accused has been charged with two counts of malicious wounding.
