A 25 year-old Byron Shire woman charged with accessory and conspiracy to murder will stay behind bars until Friday at least.
Candace Martin’s application for bail was adjourned this afternoon, after the Magistrate deemed the case too complex to rule on today.
The mother of three is accused of plotting the murder of her husband’s father, who was stabbed to death in his Murwillumbah home last July.
