A surfer has suffered serious spinal injuries after an accident at Bolders Beach in Lennox Head this morning.
Police say the 28 year old fell off his board and landed on his head at about 9.20.
The Westpac Rescue Chopper flew him to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandria Hospital, where he’s in a stable condition.
