A 30-year-old man has faced Wyong Local Court over the death of cyclist Graham Denton.
The 52 year old was struck by a vehicle on the Pacific Highway at Wybung last December.
Budgewoi’s Jason Noel Rippard is facing a string of charges including dangerous driving occasioning death, low range drink driving and driving unlicensed.
The matter was adjourned with the accused to reappear before Wyong Local Court in March.
