Charlestown’s Jake Higginbottom has been rewarded for another great year on the golf course, by retaining his place in the Australian junior squad for 2011.
It gives the 17-year-old access to the full array of sports sciences, as well as various camps and events in Australia and overseas.
Higginbottom is preparing for a busy January where he’ll compete at the Master of the Amateurs tournament in Melbourne, before playing in the Lake Macquarie and New South Wales amateurs.
