Fantastic winters day here today. Fantastic surf conditions as well, bright and sunny with light offshore breezes, clear blue water and three foot sets at most back beaches this morning. Southern corners and open beaches were not collecting as much of the small south swell but it definitely looked worth getting wet all the same. The Australian Surf Festival kicks off around the beaches here next week and our pics today show the organisers doing some “quality control checks” of a local break. The swell will be up and down over the weekend with a solid spike around Tuesday.
