YAMBA SQUASH PLAYER COMES UP WITH THE GOODS

Yamba squash player Cameron Pilley has taken out this year’s Dutch Open in Rotterdam, beating local hope Laurens Jan Anjema in a marathon match that lasted almost two hours.
Pilley is thrilled with the win, which is the biggest singles achievement of his career.
It’s the third time the 28 year old made the final, but the first time he’s clinched the deal.
The Commonwealth Games doubles gold medallist will now have a break before heading to the World Men’s Open in Saudi Arabia early next month.
He’ll wrap up the year at the PSA Masters in Deli.
