The man accused of harassing his legally blind girlfriend over text message until she took her own life, has taken the next step in appealing his prison sentence.
Dan Shearin was sentenced last week in the magistrates court to two months behind bars.
The matter was adjourned until Thursday, when he’s expected to apply for bail.
