Residents have just three days to make new submissions on a development application for a regional police station at Kingscliff.
The DA went back on public exhibition a fortnight ago after the Land and Environment Court overturned its approval in July.
Council officers will now re-assess the application after originally recommending it be refused.
“The main concerns were the extent of the development and the lack of parking that’s provided on the proposed development site.”
The DA will be referred to the Northern Joint Regional Planning Panel for final consideration.
