Christmas came early for two children today, as the Live for Kids charity donated two specially designed bikes.
It took a little practice to get used to the new wheels, but six-year-old Tilly was soon off and racing.
Live for Kids raises money for children with disabilities, and health services in the Hunter and surrounding regions.
“She just grew out of her other one, so it was just like this ones bigger, she’s getting better at it, she can steer and not crash into things so yeah, she’s one of the other kids.”
