A serial drink driver, whose license has been disqualified until 20-21, is tonight behind bars.
Police say the 49-year-old man crashed his Holden ute into a bottleshop at Long Jetty at around 5:30 yesterday afternoon.
He was arrested, and later allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of zero-point-one-nine.
The man has been formally refused bail and will front Wyong Local Court again next month.
