There’s calls for the State Government to rule out any changes to planning laws, in the wake of a Land and Environment Court decision involving the Wallarah Two Coal Mine.
The Darkinjung Aboriginal Land Council fears the court’s ruling could become invalid, paving the way for the controversial project.
