A 21-year-old man has been charged after allegedly assaulting his pregnant partner in Byron Bay over the weekend
Police allege the attack occurred after the woman sighed over the man’s driving.
It’s alleged the victim was slapped, punched in the head and kicked out of the car.
The man will front court in September.
