A woman has died after her four-wheel-drive crashed into a tree on the Kamilaroi Highway this morning.
Another motorist noticed the accident near Baan Baa, south of Narrabri just after 9am and alerted police.
The woman is believed to be the sole occupant of the vehicle. She died at the scene.
