A woman in her 50’s has been pulled from waters on the Central Coast after falling from rocks into the ocean.
Two members of the public jumped into the water at Avoca Beach when they saw the woman fall into the water on Saturday afternoon.
They managed to hold her head above water until a surf lifesaver pulled her from the water on a jetski
She was brought to shore and given oxygen before being taken to hospital. She is expected to make a full recovery.
It’s believed the woman was watching her husband fish.
