Injured Newcastle Jets striker Marko Jesic has been officially ruled out for the rest of the A-League season.
The 20 year old underwent a third knee reconstruction earlier this year, and hasn’t fully recovered.
He’s been signed by the club for another season, and will be back on the field early next year.
Labinot Haliti, who also recently signed a contract extension, will continue to act as Jesic’s replacement.
