A patient is demanding compensation, after claiming he was misdiagnosed when the University Hospital failed to properly check his X-rays.
He says, he’s out of pocket for follow-up doctors appointments, additional scans and lost wages.
It’s now being claimed, the widespread X-ray bungle could open the legal flood gates.
