A man has appeared in court on the Gold Coast in relation to the alleged production of counterfeit money.
Police executed a search warrant at a Broadbeach apartment on Tuesday last week, where they allegedly located and seized counterfeit currency.
Police also allegedly discovered electronic printers, scanners and drug related items.
A 25-year-old Broadbeach man was charged with making counterfeit money, possessing counterfeit money, uttering counterfeit money and fraud.
A 23-year-old woman, also arrested at the Broadbeach residence, was charged on unrelated matters.
