The fight against the deportation of more than 200 asylum seekers to Nauru continued in the Hunter today, with protesters holding a vigil outside the office of Liberal MP, Bob Baldwin.
“We’re not sure if they’ll take notice of us but we’re making a statement, along with many other people. This week we’re protesting the return of these people so this is one of many rolling protests of ‘love makes a way'”, said Reverend Peter Botha.
