The Central Coast Mariners are rallying together to support local boxer, Troy Waters, who was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukaemia last month.
The retired light middleweight boxer fought for the World Title three times during his career and was inducted into the Australian Boxing Hall of Fame in 2009.
Waters has been involved with the Mariners for over a decade and helped train the boys for this year’s pre-season.
The club is auctioning signed shirts and boots, with all money raised going towards Waters’ treatment.
